Psychotherapist

I believe that an authentic therapeutic relationship is integral to the healing process. In our work together, we will take a collaborative approach as you build self-awareness, develop dependable coping skills, and shift behaviors and patterns that no longer promote personal growth or serve your highest interests. Your treatment will be tailored to your specific needs and goals, and you will play a vital role in the process, co-creating ways to move forward in your life toward greater contentment and fulfillment.

My approach is trauma-informed and culturally sensitive. I utilize psychoeducation and a combination of talk therapy, somatic awareness, mindfulness, CBT, DBT, and EMDR in treatment. I enjoy incorporating the creative arts for those who are interested.

I enjoy working with teens and adults of all ages, identities, and backgrounds who strive to deepen their personal insight, answer complex questions, and navigate life's adversities. Most importantly, we will observe and embrace moments of growth, healing, and self-actualization.

I offer remote sessions to clients in New York, Massachusetts,
Connecticut, and Vermont.
